The location on the bridge was mind-blowing! The cabins were beautifully decorated and perfectly situated above the river. The included safaris were jaw-dropping, and our guide Alex made sure we saw all the animals on our list. The food at the restaurant was exceptional, and the waiters were eager to please. The view of the river from the deck was stunning, and we loved viewing the wildlife from our room. The staff's customer orientation was outstanding, and they accommodated all our requests with enthusiasm. a super and unforgettable stay!

The decorations in the hotel were lovely and brought back memories of the old days of train travel, which was quite nostalgic for someone like me. The paintings by South African artists added a nice touch to the walls, giving the place a unique ambiance. The shared lounge area was a great spot to relax and mingle with other guests. Additionally, the hotel was easily accessible for senior people, with no obstacles or difficulties that would hinder our movement or enjoyment.
I would have liked to see more activities or amenities specifically catered towards senior guests.

The decoration of the hotel is absolutely charming, with a nostalgic nod to the bygone days of train travel. The canvasses by South African artists on the walls add a touch of local culture. The shared lounge area is a comfortable place to relax. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, making it easy for me to navigate and enjoy my stay.
I would have asked for more assistance and attention from the children working there to cater to the needs of senior guests.

We loved our stay at Kruger Shalati. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Our guide, Alex, went out of his way to ensure we saw all of the animals on our list during the game drives. The food at the restaurant was great and the waiters were eager to please. The view of the river from the deck is beautiful and the sounds of the hippos in the water added to the already beautiful scenery. The interiors of the rooms are modern and clean, with a nod to the train's history. we really enjoyed this unique experience and will be back again.
Would recommend this hotel.

Two things I enjoyed about my Christmas stay were the amazing pool, just as stunning as the pictures, and the breathtaking view from the room. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful nature and wildlife. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel like a part of the family.
the room I was given had no direct view of the river, which was the main reason I chose this hotel. Instead, I had a view of the grass beneath the train, which was not what I expected based on the pictures.
